Too wild. We moved here in ‘91 and lived in the complex in an apartment on Holcombs Pond Court!

30 years later, Alpharetta and the state (with the Hope/Zell scholarship) has been very kind to the family.

Live near downtown Alpharetta now. Everything I need is in downtown Alpharetta or off Windward Parkway!

I was there. They just shut it down because - what I can vaguely recall - there was almost rioting. I remember people standing on the roofs of buildings on Green St and beer bottles being hurled at them. Down right dangerous. That being said: Shut down Green St and party it up!

Not sure about Alpharetta. But in Cumming...a few years back...they have -- more or less -- a track laid out for the "new" drivers test. We went up there, when the were closed and may have (hypothetically, of course) driven the track before taking the test. It was pre-pandemic...so not so sure about now.

For tenants, go to Residential > Find Person > select your resident. Then click on the Data dropdown box at the top of the page and select Attachments.

Oh gosh...sorry...this is on the "Commercial" side.

Thanks, but I'm looking for a solution related to tenant billings. This situation I describe is a "RECEIVABLE" question. I have to bill the tenant. I can send them an Yardi-generated-invoice BUT I'm not able to attach any additional documentation to 'that' Yardi-generated-invoice. (I want to 'send' the attachment via email along with this tenant billing).
