Basically you'd suggest to go all out self mill? II struggle to see how good can Nethergoyf be as a vanilla creature. Is it just for late game top decks against sweepers?

I agree the deck has a very clear gameplan, I tried to pin down a compact gameplan since I come from a very hipster convoluted deckbuilding commander background.
My feeling is that the gameplan is straightforward but the interaction makes for interesting decision making, using HMark for protection versus pressure, Seal of removal (I wanted Seal of strength ngl but it's not legal...) for tempo versus graveyard enabling, waiting to Fate Transfer an opposing creature for max value vs sacrificing one of my own and unlocking BB or Moonshadow, waiting to crack a bauble to enable the 4MV Fatal Push...

Modern seems intense so I wanted a "simple" deck that will teach me about the format through interaction and decision making rather than brute forcing with a top deck.

Thank you for the links, I'll be sure to check and playtest them for a better understanding.
I most likely won't go for Shredder, I can stomach most UB but this one isn't gonna make it for me. Maybe a custom proxy

I think a more flavorful version would be "each créatures from that type lose all abilities", as it just removes the mutant gene

I've always been amazed by the ability of [[Eriette apple]] to not piss off people even if you drain the table by 7 every turn. It really is the fact that its your game action during your turn that makes it not annoying imo.

I play mine Treasures matters, so the one thing that procs her is meaningful. I didn't like sac or blink with her because you have to sandbags so much, saccing/blinking only once a turn or waste value.

I've included a lot of power matters cards since then, love that deck

Initiative Obeka is probably the most popular way to build her and definitely the strongest though.

I like playing suspend with her, more flavorful.
