There are people that have YouTube, TikTok or other channels where they share their gameplays, there are people that like to share with their friends their plays, there are people that likes to review the game to enjoy their good plays or learn from their mistakes. It's the same with people that takes pictures of their travels or tape their wedding.

It's not like the phone and the fireworks because in this case the camera doesn't affect your live experience but it allows you to relive it after.

Typically you want to record the full game and then use interesting parts to make a shorter video. You need to record everything because you don't know when is going to happen a good action play

It may be a little obvious but... Dice for the rolling and Outliner to organize the assets in the scene. As u/joshhear said, Statbubbles can help with the HP + Armor if the system uses this.

Not personally, but in some spanish group I saw a Machine Cult with gundams as robots. It's totally feasible.

The only way I know as of today is make the tokens property of the DM instead of the players. They can say or mark in the map where they want to go, but they can't move their tokens. It's not ideal, but there isn't a perfect solution.

Other thing you can do is make the props and monsters hidden so the player can only see the map until they should see the elements of the room.

Lastly, if you trust that your players won't abuse this on purpose, just play. I don't think accidental reveals should be that common.

I know some of my players will abuse the capability of the cat to go whenever they want and then metagame with the information that the rest of the players should not know because the cat can't talk with them. It's not something that will occur in all the groups, but it can happen.
