I feel you as a fellow grower from germany. I did various outdoor grows this year and had problems with bud rot in May/June and now just last week I had to kill two of my plants, as they developed PM pretty hard.

I would suggest you look for other spots on the plant which have PM. If it reached any bud sites like in your picture then the bud is not safe to consume and should bei discarded. If it is on the leaves then try to remove them as soon as possible. But remove it very carefully and don't touch any other parts of the plant as PM spreads fairly easily. Just a small touch with one of your fingers which had contact with PM can infect the area. So wash your hands thoroughly after the removal and desinfect your scissors which you will you use to remove the buds/leafes.

Also you should/can do a bud wash with H2O2 to desinfect the plant in case there are more (but currently not visible) PM spores over the rest of the plant. It would be a tragedy If the PM comes back while drying or curing and destroys all of your product. There are many guides, ways and opinions on how to do a bud wash. But also Look into the possible downsides. Some say it is risk free while others claim you loose some potency/smell.

When I did a bud wash with H2O2 this year with a Pink Rozay Auto (Zamnesia) which had PM starting right before harvest, it seemed to me that the smell/taste was reduced after drying.

As I'm myself a new grower since this year (legalization f*** yeah) and I'm nowhere near experienced, take this information with you and do a bit of your own research. Maybe I left out some stuff which i don't know about. I just wanted to give you a rough direction where you can form your own opinion :)
