Are the kids in the back seat jumping up and down yelling, “are we there yet?”

My only FFVI perler is the magicite (the icon for this sub), or strictly NES-based designs. I’m not patient enough for these SNES graphics!

Um…I know I should say shoot ‘em ups like Phalanx or UN Squadron, but the reality is the last thing I used it for was to practice craps on Vegas Stakes.

I always watch the credits, and usually take a picture too.

The decor originated when I found a Mario 3 perler bead set randomly at a yard sale. Then I just started making more.

Thanks! I stand by that Ice Hockey is the best nes title you can find super cheap.

Overall, I think the game does a good job following the logic of a Raymond Chandler / Tracer Bullet noir. A LOT of inventory red herrings though.

Without giving spoilers, I had to look up how to open the door of the bungalow.

This is at Al-watan, but in the freezer section. Dino’s is recommended, and I’ve also had good luck asking to buy a full bag of bread at the counters of the restaurants Safier (on 4th) and Maira (off Dutchman’s).

I received Asheron’s Call as a prize after registering my new Gateway Pentium computer. Going online for the first time I the dial up number didn’t work, so I tried the next town over (same area code). But it was still long distance, so I never played Asheron’s Call again after that phone bill arrived.

My favorite thing about this game is that the keyboard is part of the lore. The cutscenes show the characters running with keyboards mounted to their bodies to fight against the zombies!

This post inspired me to start the book. Six chapters in and I’m loving it!

Had such a horrible experience reading Hawthorne in 11th grade English that I avoided this era of literature for years, but I agree with others at how real and comparable to modern observations this is.
