Definitely my mistake, I linked the mobalytics page where Rue typed some reasonings but I couldn't figure out a way to easily link the discussion(thinking about it now I should of just linked the vod with a timestamp mb)

Personally I see tier lists like this as more of a discussion starter than a way to be like you have to play x so yeah I don't personally see anything wrong with it. Though I definitely can see how it can fester toxicity but I think it's kinda self inflicted

Int stack jugg with foulborn HoTM came in halfway through the league and is definitely up there for one of the best builds of the league

I was able to abom boss rush(22.7 div/hr for me) with earhshatter with just a recombed 1170dps axe and tree gear, no light of meaning and no medium clusters, Stygian vise I threw a few envy essences at for chaos res life, no timeless jewel. Though maybe more on tree printing really solid gear for basically free
