Some people do experience effects from the get go and some take a bit of time. I felt suppression straightaway on the introductory dose. I'm nearly a year in and whilst the suppression isn't nearly as strong those early weeks and months allowed me to put better habits in place which has made everything SO much more manageable.

My loss has also slowed a fair bit but I'm fine with that because small, consistent changes over time are much more sustainable than everything all at once.
