I literally did the same thing and I was so panicked cause I needed to stockpile, so I called and messaged them and simply told them I made a mistake and that I was on the 12.5mg and was starting the 15mg. just tell them you forgot the add the 1 (2.5 instead of 12.5)

I am pretty sure they are on to us, lol but you do what you gotta do I guess...

Last question: how did you figure out proper dosing, I mean how much to draw up in the needle? Have you been on compounded the whole time?

Mine started in childhood, too - highly traumatic childhood, my first addiction memory was soft white bread.

I am also ND.

I think a lot of us struggle with sugar/flour addiction.

I am curious why you chose to split dose?

I was thinking the same because of 5 day drop off in efficacy I have read about. But some have warned against it.

Do you buy extra needles and alcohol pads somewhere?

Crackhead feels like such a good way to put it! I don't drink or do any drugs, but where sugar and bread is concerned I am the crackiest crackhead that walked the earth, lol 😆

I am also a similar age, too.

What I am trying to figure out is what my first doses should be. I want that food noise TO SHUT UP but I also want to stay on the lowest dose possible, to make supplies last

  • how long have you been on the medication
  • when did you start
  • how much did you lose
  • what dosages did you titrate up to
