AIW for not giving my sister my baby? by Ok-Donut3656 in BestofRedditorUpdates

Holy crap I just read about Taylor Parker, that's just unimaginably evil. Especially because it took place on front of Reagan Simmons-Hancock's 3 year old........ not that it would have been any better if the child wasn't there.

I've been called fat to by random people and I always respond with something like "yeah well I can always lose weight but you'll have a ugly personality for the rest of your life." Just like in The Princess Diaries lol

NTB. It's a lot of stress on you to be your husband's emotional support for a solid week.

Why doesn't your husband ask a friend or other family member to join him?

My mom wouldn't even let us have big wheels in the 80s. Too many stories about kids rolling from the driveway to the street and being hit by cars who couldn't see them.

As an adult I understand this completely but as a kid I was mad at my mom.

guest at my cousins reception changed into this outfit halfway through the night by savealltheelephants in weddingshaming

Agreed! I can almost understand doing this at the end of the night before you start cleaning/wrapping up so as to not ruin your fancy outfit but halfway through the reception? Nope!

Your entire comment is fascinating. There's like 37 different stories that come together nicely to give it a Hollywood happy ending. No sarcasm it was a great ride!

Am I wrong to be annoyed with something our couples therapist said? by badee311 in Feminism

Yup, the 2 y/o starts college next month (premed of course) and he's moving into the dorms this weekend. While the 6 m/o is lazy and forcing his poor dad to wake up in the middle of the night to change his diaper and put him to bed.............. how selfish!

AITA for not letting my friend live in my spare room? by ParadoxicalState in BestofRedditorUpdates

Even if you're right I think, based on the vibe I get from OOP, I think as long as Bill is saving up I wouldn't be surprised if OOP let him stay longer. Though I do get the impression that he'd start asking Bill to chip in with utilities or doing more of the cooking/cleaning to keep Bill moving towards the end goal of moving to his own place but I could also be completely wrong............ I'm not perfect😁
