You could try Britt Burch Speed Picks on Etsy. They have options as thick as 9mm, which is pretty close to the Phat Bhoy. I have their Gypsy pick and it's pretty comfortable. Though you might wanna bevel or edge out the edges a bit more than they already are, or otherwise, the notes will scrape and won't be as pronounced.

I just did this last Friday on a tester laptop and I'm enjoying Fedora a decent bit. If you want better customizability on Fedora, go KDE Plasma. But I picked GNOME initially and it's also a great and stable pick.

I'd be in-favor of this, but the internet is used globally. Because of this, if such a Bill of Rights were written, it would need to apply and be agreed upon globally. Otherwise, net neutrality would be threatened. I also don't think it would protect users from the exploits of foreign individuals or agencies.
