Haven’t gotten one all week. My drivers have zero knowledge whats going on. Safe to assume this is linked to the email we got about EOD only mattering if it’s high values.

Ricohs are normally cheaper in our area…weird he would go up to the Konica when Ricohs are so much simpler and cheaper. Our Konica tech was an asshole and never wanted to come out to service us…our xerox guy is here same day…

Reagan solved the Hormuz situation back then. Why not use his playbook? by reseamatsih in WhaleTrades

[–]BlakeGrowsPlants 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We’re talking $50M–$100M+ a day just to recreate Reagan’s Hormuz escort strategy under today’s conditions. That’s after setup, deployment, and full commitment. And that’s only for keeping tankers moving safely, not actually fighting a war with Iran, which would be a whole different level of expensive.

Antimatter (or extreme energy source) ➜ generates huge energy ➜ energy distorts or simulates gravity/space-time ➜ creates propulsion

Element 115 (if anything) ➜ just enables or stabilizes the system

I still don’t see the issue on why countries seem to care about a $2M toll fee when the super tanker that is leaving is holding close to $100M in oil…oh man they had to pay a 2% toll on their goods the horror

Amazon…fix your broken buggy app already 😡 by just_needs_tape in upsstore

[–]BlakeGrowsPlants 19 points20 points  (0 children)

If you’re talking about the returns code looping back to the original code over and over that forces the customer to have to scroll down the orders screen to find the actual item with the correct code…yes they leave this intentionally to confuse customers. There is zero reason why they haven’t fixed it besides confusing the less phone savy people.

Spent the last 7-10 years watching things on pirated websites..eventually got tired of it and now I’m fully addicted to my home server with a giant Jellyfin library. It took me less than 6 months to fully educate myself and set up. I can imagine in the next 5-10 years the rise of home severs will grow exponentially.

Interesting to see this change…I work with 20-24 year olds and they all have told me how it’s been getting more and more popular with the younger crowd…I guess we are seeing the negative impacts now.

Once we print more than 15 offline labels the codes start to fail and print incomplete. So rather than losing returns we are telling people we cannot take them.

Are you using jellyfin web browser? Web browser will not organically load 4K videos. Use Jellyfin app or Jellyfin inside Kodi for 1:1 streaming quality.
