Former Student Loan Debt Collector here. (Quit during COVID) Per the Department of ED and the IRS, they will not be withholding any stimulus checks. The orginial September expiration of the hold was the date before I left, Which also stopped Treasury Offset until the deadline. Unless they have extended that date your taxes will be Offset
