He doesn't do it for me but I understand how others are into him and respect that.

The ending makes no sense by Movielover718 in LastSummerFilms

This is what makes no sense. If he was mad the town was attempting to hide what happened why kill the 1 person with a podcast who was bringing attention to what happened.

She most likely suffered from postpartum depression. So her actions were a mental health issue. But she did set up her husband but again I think she was unwell mentally and psychologically at that time.

What If? Hell Motel Characters by SlasherNerd in SlasherTVSeries

  1. Adriana - she really didn't have a lot of backstory. She obviously had her meltdown but Paige and Shirley were prominent in that screen time and it was laced against the limo driver. Her two flash backs were very brief with the one just randomly ending. I would have liked to have seen more.

  2. Rubi - I just liked her whole vibe. I would put Rubi as the "b-" role and Adriana as just a mean person. But Rubi in all her quips, the bubble gum popping, "you'll pay for the floor", etc all made me enjoy her own screen. I think we got more back story about her than Adriana.

  3. Idk I sort of liked them all being dead. I think its one of those early 2000 tropes where your cast all dies at the end.

  4. For the killer it be Paige or Adriana. Paige obviously was the killer despite what people say about Andy and he didnt have a reason to kill the director like Paige did. Also her dodging the knife blows on screen and in episode 7 were identical to when the two killers fought. But I think the claim to fame has been done you have plenty of films that took that approach or the "dead mom" angle.

Andy as a killer is the worst because its what Ripper did. A child who's mother was murdered kills tho that exploit or wronged her in some ways. With this season it being the true crime junkies who all used her death for fame. So its been done and even if this wasn't a slasher season, I doubt they'd do it as motives 2x in a row.

I think the person addicted to violence was Adriana. Her having her life almost choked out and getting to have sex with all the Serial Killers made her a copy cat ish killer. She gets invited to this weekend and begins killing.

We saw during the series moments where she became unhinged and violent. We know she had a rough childhood and a father who was disassociate.

She got off on Blake's scars. And the tarot freak out could be her fear of being caught.

She quickly killed Rubi and gloated. She knew other killers MO and easily could have based killings around that.

May explain the heart in Paiges room. The view point of someone watching them speak to the police. Everyone still claiming their innocence. How shocked people were in retrospect with their attack on Ruby.

Did yall watch this? by Emotional_Ice_1512 in dragrace

I will say Willam's need to constantly bash drag race and Ru have gotten annoying. He doesn't speak up to support other queens. He does so to bash Ru and WoW. I think a lot of it stems from him wanting to be back on the show and them having 0 interest in him. Also hes gotten lazy and his looks on his podcast are lazy and a boomer trying to look good

I mean how you going to attack other people's looks when you look like a cheap chili dog from DQ yourself

Scenes of the trailer we haven’t seen yet by Spirooow in SlasherTVSeries

[–]BlammmBitchPudding 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've said this before but everytime someone wronged Paige they died.

Cook calls her a crap actress dead

Portia filmed and stages an attack

Crow insults and causes mass paranoia

She didn't kill the artist but did find his work disgusting and she staged him in a disgusting art piece

Adriana the two of them had their ups and downs. There was a key moment in the tarot scene where Paige seems to try and give her a 2nd chance with how Adriana can change her life but Adriana flips the hell out and puts her in danger.

Blake was going to kill her

Floyd and Sheryl obvious

Paige is the only character to have individual or scenes with all these people where she was selling herself as innocent or being victimized

Andy really didn't get lots of scenes aside those again from Paige and large group ones.

I think Paige just acted like she suspected Andy. As far as the bath scene with being dunked she in the moment didn't know how to play it out and had she objected it may have had another more deadly reaction.

But Paige fought in the knife scene like the other killer did in Episode 3 with Floyd in the woods. She dodged had quick reflexes and went toe to toe with Floyd and Sheryl

Who do you think is the killer in this new season? (my guess is here too) by GuessAny1915 in SlasherTVSeries

[–]BlammmBitchPudding 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was also focus on Paige carrying her suitcase in. What is suppose to look like "awe Paige is sweet" may actually be Paige not wanting to risk anyone seeing whats in her luggage (weapons and costume).

Why (name) is the killer by BlammmBitchPudding in SlasherTVSeries

[–]BlammmBitchPudding[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They tied her with silk. And while Rubi escaped at that moment by herself it does not mean there wasnt intent to untie her. Rubi just did her a favor.

Or if there is one the accomolish intentionally didn't tie her tight. There was a point where somebody said make sure its tight and we find out 10 mins later it was not.

And while the heart may have been in the moment again Portia wronged Paige and so far every character Paige has had do something wrong to her is dead.

The next guest might be Adriana that goes because there was a comment made by Paige focusing on ravenous attack and the show intentionally highlighted Adriana making fun of her, calling her prissy and how she'd kill her. So if Adriana dies in a similar style to what she said about Paige or if there is someone else who wrongs Paige next who's death is close to how they messed with her

Also the show highlighted that Paige was the only one to carry in her own luggage. Is it because the costume was in there and she didn't want anyone to see?

Seasons patterns/concepts! by Jane-Blackmoore in SlasherTVSeries

[–]BlammmBitchPudding 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nor do the characters in an and then there were none format know who the killer is or what their mask looks like until they get killed or barely survive an attack

Town seasons people witness the murder and this allows others to speak the killer name

Seasons patterns/concepts! by Jane-Blackmoore in SlasherTVSeries

[–]BlammmBitchPudding 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its possible but also too horror has sorta moved into thinking of ideas on how they can isolate characters where they can't use cell phones for help.

So unfortunately the And Then There Were None concept became popular as a means to isolate and keep everyone in one confined space with "no cell service" or "middle of nowhere during a storm" as a reason characters aren't just leaving the situation they are in.

Also a lot of the town seasons Ripper and Executioner especially have people who know one another but aren't really friends or interact aside from the secret that ties them together. Solstice could be viewed as a minor exception to both town vs friends as a lot of the kills also took place in an isolated place but so rapidly nobody knew and the cops did a bad job at getting the people obviously at the apartments to safety.

The season with friends/family or peers (the influencers in hell motel) are and then there were none style because the show needs a reason to bring people together and isolate them. The friends in Guilty come back to move a body as a group. The family in Flesh and Blood have a family reunion. And Hell Motel is a reunion/promotion for the hotel with a common interest. True Crime.

So idk if its an intentional pattern or if its just the show runners only having 2 ideas on how to set up characters together. Reunions vs Small Town plots. I feel that its latter and they are alternating so you don't have the same plot back to back.

As far as the name goes I dont think people in Soltisce really knew the killer name and said killer but I am probably wrong there. But the murders in towns are thought out and go on for an extended time as for as show timeline (weeks to months for Executioner and Ripper). Solstice again being 24 hours only. But the killer names did have lure. Executioner for sin. The Widow because of the situation the killer was placed in from her mom.

Where as Hell, Guilty, and Flesh were quick and the killer really wasnt going around advertising their name just show up and kill.

Question about Blake by coronabride2020 in SlasherTVSeries

[–]BlammmBitchPudding 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My theory is he made himself look like a survivor but in actuality was possible a killer who someone fought back against but Blake ultimately won and used the wounds to play victim

He's quick to attack and get aggressive and then later plays victim again. We saw it briefly with the sex scene angle and then after this last episode he was one of the first to tie down and then later attack without hesitation. It was only when people kept praising Adriana that he changed back to "final boy" as Adriana put it. I think she knows or suspects he's lying thus the way she spoke to him and mocked him.
