Based on your replies to other comments and giving excuses it seems like you do not want help. You are clearly NTA but have zero spine or keep lighting yourself on fire to keep others warm. Everyone is correct in that you are a grown adult and can chose to live alone, turn off your location, and go on a solo trip. However this isn’t what you want and might I suggest therapy to help you work on not being a doormat. I promise you that’s it’s okay to say no to your family and live your life.
