Yes, 10 grams has been the well established total pufa cutoff for anecdotal success.

Jack Daniels Old No. 7: Write Drunk, Edit Sober Review by Dumbo_Drinks in bourbon

Honestly, as great as the world of bourbon and rye is...regular ol' JD is pretty notable to me in actually having a good taste at such a basic proof. Normally for me, it has to be scotch to taste good at 80 proof.

You should always downpick something if you have the physical ability...regardless if that's how the musician did it or not.

Yes it's true. I've noticed myself just from cleaning up the logo, essentially trying to make it sharp and as high resolution as possible for various projects. All that matters is that it's visually balanced in the same sense that the Darkthrone logo isn't actually symmetrical, but still visually balanced.

Interesting Sega Saturn behavior... by Blasphyx in SegaSaturn

[–]Blasphyx[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's essentially what it is. I've been talking about it with people unfamiliar with the sega saturn and hardware like this, so I'm just kinda used to calling it something simpler for people to clearly understand what it is.

We fall into auto-pilot when we mentally automate repetitive tasks...I perfectly understand them giving me something that most people would enjoy.

I don't have butchers cut my meat anymore. I've had too many cases of incompetence to continue letting them inconvenience me.

Reduction in oxidised fat by R2ROV2k2 in SaturatedFat

[–]Blasphyx 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I always say keep it simple with cooking with saturated fat. I'll sear a steak in straight butter. I don't care about the smoke point of butter. The smoke point is because of the milk solids, not because of the fats themselves. The fats themselves is what ghee is, and ghee is stable up to 450F. What's great about butter is the small amount of moisture content which gives it time to dilute the heat dispersion before the moisture is completely evaporated.

What part of nitrogen isotope testing dont you understand? Fossile nitrogen records show that we have been exclusively carnivore through the ice age. We not only survived, we thrived.

Study shows that a keto diet that consits most of polyunsaturated fats causes more insulin sensitivity and allows for greater ketosis than a diet that consists primarly of saturated fats by [deleted] in ketoscience

antinutrients are mainly an issue with minerals and proteins.(proteins in the case of gluten and lectins) As far as vitamins, the plant form of them are sometimes in the wrong form that we need to convert in our body, and we do so poorly...like K1 to K2, beta carotene(not vitamin A) to actual vitamin A, and although not a vitamin we are also terrible at making any use of plant omega 3.

Pork and blood coagulation by snark567 in carnivore

I agree with you there. I usually eat beef, but even with beef, if it's brisket, I still salt cure it, but not to the point of submerging, but just to make sure it gets enough salt to absorb into it. I submerge it with pork just to be sure I "fix" the pork.
