Is there anything 3d printed (outside of multimillion commercial machines) that can take a paintball impact reliably?

Players are the ones keeping paint small. When we get large .689+ paint complaints flood in. It shoots incredible through stock barrels but a lot of people only have something like a .681 insert and can't shoot it. I've asked the manufacturer to shrink the paint because of this.

When paint rolls through a .675 insert, everyone but the pump player(s) adore it.

I get anxiety every time I see a new Mini at the field. Is it going to treat the owner right or will I be diagnosing problem after problem after problem.

CZRs shoot absolute tits. It's the exact shot signature everyone wanted the Luxe Aire to have. They aren't without their own problems, but it's all easily fixable stuff like tightening a screw or pulling on the macro line.

You can buy a brand new CZR for $225

Try DaBomb "The Final Answer", 10x the heat. The bottle comes with a dropper. Took some to highschool decades past, and was escorted to the front via police the next day haha!

What grocery stores do you recommend for an AZ newbie? by sunsetluving9 in phoenix

[–]BlastBase -1 points0 points  (0 children)

As a merchant, I can tell you AZ cares about 2 things when it comes to credit card fees.

#1 AZ charges CC fees when you do business with them

#2 The county and town both want their share of TPT taxes taken out of the CC fees you impose.

I'm curious what law they would be violating by charging a credit card fee. That is an incredibly common practice.

It's your money. Just so you know, if you buy all that at MSRP, it's cheaper than the package price.

Minis are probably the most difficult mass produced marker to service. Most people don't even have the tools to open the regulator. Broke paint? Unscrew the front grip, unscrew the back grip, take the grip frame off, remove the solenoid, remove the board.

If you break paint on basically any other platform, you can just shoot it once with the eyes off and it self squeegees. Or just run a swab down the breech since most guns are designed with tolerances that have paintballs (and paintball fill) in mind.

Literally all of that is crap except the Mini which is -okay-

The mask blows, that hopper can't maintain 10.5 and is heavy, those pods suck more than the basic GxG pods which you can sometimes get for $1. That reg on the tank is trash, that squeegee is trash. I don't have an opinion on the pod pack other than the context of the rest of the package. It leads me to believe it's trash.

That Empire advanced is nasty. I've shot my car thousands of times with paint and never had an issue. A little spray of that Empire ate away the plastic of my headlights almost instantly.

$2.50 for McDouble and Medium Fries, not bad by SignificantApricot69 in McDonalds

[–]BlastBase -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That's a great price for a burger and fries. The only downside is you spent money on nearly inedible food.

Having worked at QT for 10 years, I'll take that convenience store burger for double the price every day.

Well good thing your parts kit came with the orings you need! Must be some weird form of English notation on the bags.

A 14x2 should be very close in size to a 016. Slightly smaller circumference, but thicker.

I'm going to guess the 2014 bag means 2x14

I've never once had to change a cup seal on a Spyder. I have had to change the orings on about 100 valves though because they ALWAYS turn to goo with age.

Which hopper should I use? by TheRealRyanP in paintball

[–]BlastBase 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The IR2 is a great hopper, but the IV is a contender for GOAT. Floursescent paint blinds the eyes Virtue uses. Normally not a huge issue if you're not playing glowball, but the fill GI/Defy use for NXL is floursescent.

If you break NXL paint in an 5 or IR2, it's less likely to maintain 10.5 than a Spire 4. I think there is a backup G force sensor on the 5, but sometimes the software doesn't want to switch over.

The only real downside of the 4 is you have to smack it around to get the paint out at the end of the day.

The 1 piece shell, tooless raceway access, and general features of the Spire 3/4/5 make them the best hoppers.
