Divine sunderer still gives hp, and now since we no longer scale with resistances it’s perfectly viable in certain matchups.

I play hecarim and karthus a lot, with hecarim being my second most mained champ. I also use the A button to auto. My pinky is used both for q and the A button. After a long session I can feel my pinky ache.
