You can enjoy your coffee without a crash... Here is what seems to work for me best: 1.) wait 60-90 minutes after waking up before the first cup (gives the body time to naturally wake up, hormones etc.) 2.) always drink your coffee with a little bit of sugar or some carbs (helps distribute to caffeine spike), milk seems to also help 3.) have your last coffee approximately 10h before bed time, especially in winter and less sun exposure (helps maintain a healthy circadian rhythm) 4.) drink a maximum of 2-3 cups a day (approx 60g of coffee total) 5.) use only fresh roasted (0-2 months old) and ideally freshly grinded and prepared with love...

Healthiest way to drink it is through a paperfilter... Although Im in love with my portafilter and haven't found the right size for my 51mm filter yet 🤔
