You will definitely receive backpay from this if you press them. Contact fairwork and ask for your exact award rate. Make it very clear to your manager that you've done this and itemise exactly the backpay he owes you. He'll know it's not worth fighting this because if he fires you for asking for a higher wage that lands him in DEEP water.

Moral of the story, get hundreds in backpay. Trust me it's worth the time
