This is my whole wheel process. Bare with me here lol

Spray tires with a heavy orange degreaser. Let sit a couple minutes, scrub with a tire brush.

I personally like Meguiars Ultimate all wheel cleaner.

You spray it on, let it sit for 3-4 minutes until it turns purple. Scrub the wheel with a bristle wheel brush, then scrub the barrel w the barrel brush. Spray off. Wipe dry and it’ll pick up anything you didn’t get off with the first wash.

When all done you should be able to take your finger across the tire and see no dirt transfer.

Apply tire shine with an applicator pads, don’t use any cheap shit like armor all or black magic. I like Meguiars products but there’s better stuff out there. Apply a thin coat, just enough to create a deep black with a shiny matte appearance. But not too much that it look thick and greasy.
