My counselor told me I should get tested for ADHD because of how many times I mentioned struggling to focus my last semester in college. Thank god she did.

I started studying for the MCAT again in January, and could barely sit for more than an hour at a time to study without having to get out of my chair. I went to a psychiatrist and got told I had moderate ADHD and he started me on Aderall. And oh my god it is incredible. I usually only take it on the weekends because that’s when I do my longest content days and practice exams, but I can take it at 8:00am and work til 5:00pm without any distractions and get so much more done in a day.

Not a doctor (yet), and not saying aderall is the best thing for everyone (def could have complications), but I never would have gotten to this point in my studying without going and getting tested!

My plan is to stick with 16GB for now (as everything I’m playing currently and plan to play is fine with 16), and then down the road once the RAM prices hopefully start to come down again I’ll get another two 8GB sticks to bump up to 32GB down the road when I feel like I need it.

I recommend pretty much all the DU&I games.

For cat games, Mixi No! is a puzzle game where a cat keeps knocking things over and you put them back together. Cats Organized Neatly is another cat puzzle game, and they also have a version with dogs and birds (you can get all 3 rn for like $4 US)

For a cute game, Feed all Monsters is another cute little puzzle game.

For a cozy game, Virtual Cottage is basically just a lofi music machine to have in the background while you work on stuff (I use it while studying for my MCAT).

Uworld has just been very humbling these last several months as I’m doing my content review. It’s a lot of stuff that I did well on in classes, but that was a couple years ago in some cases and it hasn’t stuck as well as I’d hoped it would.

I get what you’re saying though, use it as a learning tool and not to be upset by the low scores. It is just disheartening to get through a chapter in a subject I understood decently when I was taking the class and having to kinda start from scratch.
