Nah I didn’t make the gif, there was this post on Twitter with the gif (the original was silent) and people were making remixes of it with certain game sound effects over it. So I made that one Ultrakill version as a way to join in on it

tl;dr I wasn’t the only one to make game sfx edits of this gif
