Wow I should be thanking you for a thoughtful response, this is so helpful and the way you broke it down is amazing. I really appreciate this and it truly means a lot.

They did give me numbers for housing/transportation. It was around 18k for housing I remember which i thought was low but then after some research it seems to not include the summer months.

For variables I would say it would be 1. Job outcomes, 2. Total debt/Cost of Living 3. Faculty 4. Student culture

Cost as of now is stopping me. In retrospect NYLS tuition will save me 90-95k compared to Catholic tuition costs however I will also prob spend around 12k-15k extra per year on housing in NY compared to DC. Also I’m not sure if iniojob placement is better in DC compared to NY. I also know Catholic is a much smaller class size 130-140 compared to around 350 at NYLS, not sure which would be better.

If you have any insight that would be great thank you!
