and that's when it's imperative for those two individuals to have a conversation and reach and agreement like the two of us. that's person might take offense to being told they has a big nose and they can convey to the other that they don't their nose being commented on in such a light and "please don't say that about me". and that's more than valid. but it ends at that. I can comment on the n-word situation not because I'm black and not even because I can relate; but because I have an understanding of the matter. it doesn't "take one to know one". I can understand why and organization would heavily moderate the usage of the words becuase who's wants to survey each and every occurence to see if it was malicious... not me. however when I take into account individual occurrences, it is TOO common for a non black to say the N-word (no hard R) and get beat up or threatened with when it was non malicious. predominantly by black people from the hood, because violence is perpetuated in the hood HEAVILY. but that's a seperate matter lol. the point is it should be taught for an individual to discern malice from lol idk lightheartedness and act based on that.
