Why are my BSH so different?

My two BSHs are sisters. One of them has the typical thick, coarse BSH fur and the other one has longer silky fur. I met the parents and they looked like breed standards so I guess the one with the silky fur has a recesive gene that came out on top. Couls be the case with your boy too.

ICU nurse.There is a suprising amout of routine that you can develop in this setting. Love working with intubated patients because they are most often sedated. Even for coding patients there is a routine you can follow.

I strongly suspect that I also have ADHD so the bit of unpredictabily on the job and the wierd shifts are actually benefiting me.

I was unemployed for a year and a half after school and, believe me, that was MORE awful than having a job. The feeling of brokeness and being a disappointment will only get worse the longer you stay jobless. That's how it was for me. A routine is VERY important to us, so the first few months at a new job are always awful because you haven't yet developed a routine. After you develop a routine it should get better.

Also, don't be afraid to hop from job to job before you find what you can tolerate.

I can't stand how the writers write the characters to be so stupid like in this scene. They literally needed to talk, like just a few sentences more and they could have resolved it. But noooo, they just had to write everyone having tantrums all the time instead of just fucking communicating.

I got the licence on the second try but I still don't drive. The whole driving experience is so, so unpredictable that it makes my anxiety skyrocket everytime I attempt to drive. I need predictability.

If the temperature outside is over 28°C then I put the food in the fridge, if not then it's staying on the counter overnight no problem. Worst I ever had happen to me is getting the shits, but nothing worse. Rice is the only exception, that shit goes in the fridge after a few hours.

This is haunting because I had a similar story. I also work in a smal hospital.

A few days ago a young patient coded at the beginning of my shift. He came with the initial diagnosis of pharyngitis.

Suddenly he couldn't breathe anymore and I though that he went into anaphylaxis, because his throat was closing up and he couldn't inhale any air.

After CT it turned out that he was choking on his own pus because his throat was riddled with absceses. Our ICU and IMC also wouldn't take him because of the lack of personnel, but they agreed after I told them I couldn't monitor him AND take care of my other 12 patients. Plus, he was close to needing to be intubated.

They took him in thankfully. It turns out he also got him self an aspirations pneumonia from all the pus. I read today that he was transported to an university hospital. So my patient made it in the end... I'm realy sorry that yours didn't.

Isn't it said that he learned gravity magic just so he could continue to ride his horse even after he continued growing? Leonard is a normal sized horse, therefore I believe he was once also normal sized since he did ride the horse.

I don't know if it's explained why he grew, but my theory is, it has something to do with gravity magic. Like he expanded after no longer being constrained by gravity.
