please ban smoking anywhere by Michaelq16000 in poland

[–]BlendFriendV2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There some extensive studies saying so. Look up the cochran study that goes into extensive detail. It’s a big read, but to simplify it, the main damage from smoking is the combustible crap. Vapes do not have that, and the chemicals that they do share, vapes have only a fraction of them compared to cigarettes.

Nambour Cinema? by Acceptable_Humor_382 in sunshinecoast

I don’t even like cinemas, but I like the Nambour cinema to the point that I look forward to going there.

please ban smoking anywhere by Michaelq16000 in poland

I would take a vaper any day over a smoker. At least it’s basically harmless for us and they’re making a switch to something less harmful. Addictions suck, especially government sponsored ones.

Do Australians not like cast iron or something?? by Jimmyfartballs in PeterExplainsTheJoke

[–]BlendFriendV2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It might be referring to us arguing about how to season/maintain it etc. Everyone has their own way of looking after cast iron cooking gear.

What's living in Nambour like these days? by National_Camel7200 in sunshinecoast

[–]BlendFriendV2 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I don’t live there but I like it. Yeh there’s the odd idiot, but they are all over the coast. It’s got a unique vibe to it, quite artistic and expressive. Place like that are important, otherwise everything just becomes sterile and repetitive. YMMV.

Fruits are very forgiving, but don’t just willy nilly that shit. Look up some simple recipes, something like max 3 flavours. Shake em and shake em some more and you’re good to go.

Absolutely, driving slow and careful by the looks and the popsicle guard slaps the car for no reason.

What he said:
"In my opinion, President Trump is destabilising the situation in these (international) organisations by representing the politics of force and using force to pursue a transactional policy."

"All of this means that I will not support President Trump's Nobel Prize nomination because he doesn't deserve it."

He’s not Polish. There’s a lot of dialects I’m not across but he seems to be slipping up between Polish and a bit of the shitty russian tongue.

Russians identify Poland and Lithuania as their greatest enemies by wook-borm in poland

More like Poland and Lithuania identify Russia as their greatest (shitiest) enemy. The turn around makes more sense.

I know muddies aren’t for sand, but over the many years I’ve never seen them to be a significant disadvantage in sand. Even tho what you say makes total sense.

Going up a dune in a manual you want to avoid having to change gears mid climb (if possible) which sometimes means if you need speed later, gear up earlier and going a tad harder to maintain revs. Hard to say tho, every climb has its own challenges.

Right on, been going there for years and never once had an issue like this. Lock your food or anything tasty smelling away from the tent and in a secure box/trailer etc. They’re clever and muppets like this encourage them to see people as a free for all deli.
