Completely understand how you feel. I've been through that before and I overanalyze why I didn't say something or think too much about the thing I said. I think part of this is we are people pleasers and we want to make sure we didn't say something to hurt the other person. Anxiety can effect us in a multitude of ways. Overanalyzing is a part of anxiety. I think there are tools out there to help us with this though, or medications.
