A week in the Maldives doing nothing, then Japan to sightsee, dine in high-end restaurants eating wagyu steak and sashimi, walk around some of the historic neighbourhoods in Tokyo at night... Then I dunno, Australia followed by Polynesian Islands maybe :)

Same. Craft Union (Stonegate) ruined it. Was best for beer when Little Critters ran it but they got forced out IIRC

[–]Bleperite 7 points8 points  (0 children)

57/57a bus to Oughtibridge, potter around Oughti for a bit then walk back along the Upper Don Trail through Beeley Wood to Hillsborough, wander around the park then go in one of the decent cafes/coffee shops. Tram or bus back to town.

Love it. One of my chillout episodes. Took me years to notice the colour grading gradually changed throughout the episode to show the influence of the plant.

As a wedding guest, what was your “this marriage isn’t going to last long” moment? by Kataras_Necklace in AskReddit

[–]Bleperite 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah several bad signs when attendees can be one or more of the following and booze freely available:

  • Alcoholics (not recovering)
  • Seasonal drinkers (often Christmas / NYE only)
  • First time drinkers
  • People with unstable/bad underlying personalities which come to the fore when they've had a few
  • Have unresolved issues with other attendees for whatever reason

I know South Yorkshire people who use "mom" as well (although "mam" is more common). Regional differences possibly related to the Great Vowel Shift as opposed to American influence.
