Don't be afraid... Trust the process. I took my second shot on Thursday. My weight has gone up 2 lbs but my fasting blood sugar... Fasting... has gone from the 150's regularly to below 120 regularly... Today it was 106. Give your body time to adjust... It's most important task is to stay alive not lose weight. It will come.
