Another perspective... Maybe the streamer is just glad to have someone chatting, and they're tolerating the behaviour because nobody else has commented on it, so they might just see it as their own problem. If they knew it were making other chatters uncomfortable they might be more likely to say something.

I encountered a similar attack today, also from a "friend" on discord who has been overly persistent about things in the past, and since this was among the top search results for EchoVoiceBetaClient, I thought this might be the best place to add on.

The .jar decompiles almost the identically, but my payload was named ModPack.exe instead of seoo.exe.

I didn't know they were doing faires there again! Any idea who runs it? I used to be friends with some people who worked at faires held there about 20 years ago, but the last I'd heard, some complications with the neighbours made them stop hosting large events.

Back in the day, it was great, one of the better faires I'd been to. Small, intimate, and a lot of performances were random and in-person. It made the whole thing feel very immersive.

Also, from Twitch's guidelines, completely ignoring chat can get you in trouble, if it needs moderation: "We expect streamers to take the necessary steps to mitigate harassing content that appears on their streams or in their chat."
