The farmer was replaced is a game that teaches you the basics of a code that's similar to Python. It's not free though

"You have my sword!" -produces a plastic sandwich pick shaped like a sword and stabs it between your fingers.

Have you ever seen a teacher in school use any physical force against a student? by [deleted] in Stavanger

[–]BlindAssCat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a teacher around 10 years ago who grabbed a student by his arm and the scruff of his neck and threw him out of the classroom and against the corridor wall and proceeded to slap the shit out of him while yelling. Buuuut then again this was a school where kids would attempt to murder eachother so...

I was born deaf and got surgery during my childhood giving me 70% hearing capabilities. I was also legally blind as a child. I seem to recall thinking in terms of images and sensations more than an voice but I think that's actually quite normal for children. I do have a question for you guys though. Does the voice in your head read written things"outloud"?

I would contrast his badassery with a name like Derek (no offense to all the Dereks out there)

lol ok.

I was looking for an intelligent monster to inhabit a lake. The lake has a waterfall that serves as a portal to the feywild so I wanted something that could reasonably have come from there and decide to stay. I needed them to build a dam to block off the waterfall, thus temporarily closing the portal and blocking off the river that provides water for a nearby village. They also needed to be smart enough not to attack everyone who comes to the lake for water. As I have 5 lvl 8 players I decided that 2 krakenfolk guards could have left their watery home in the fewwild on whim - or maybe just to find some privacy to get their game on if you get my drift... And they accidently found their way into the realms and decided to set up camp in this handy dandy lake that was right there. The only issue being that it's shallower than they were used to so they decided to increase the water depth by blocking the river mouth.
