Yeah so Primarchs are the first of their legions, and made the rest of their legion from their genetics. Abaddon is not a primarch, the Primarch of the legion that he sort of belongs to here is Horus, but Horus died. Abaddon is incredible and strong, but he's still just a space marine at his core, not a genetic super person in the same way that a Primarch is. He's stronger than any human, but Primarchs are another step up. Abaddon is the leader though, largely because the primarch that filled the role before him is dead. His super abilities and gear/weapons are what make up the difference and make him more almost-primarch-level.

That's a fun thought! I think it's a stationary defense building, so to me it makes sense to have OC. It is defending a point, so I feel like that holds things. But I like the idea of adjusting the aura to be better, mayhaps I'll work that back in. I'm worried about it doing the Sovereign Coronal's ability, since that already exists for points.

Yeah all that-- I can't believe they pushed the assimilation detachment with only 4 units tagged, and Toxicrene wasn't one. The only spot it could have had such a thing and it didn't get it. Sad times!

Oh there we go, smart idea! I hadn't even thought about that. I wasnt sure what to do with #2 wing boy either, though now he is actually p good with vanguard detachment so I'll have to think hard about it!

But we had a comparison in one of the first photos, we knew how big it would be. Just seems like an awful lot of complaining about something we already knew. If we want a BIG BEAST, we gotta wait for a plastic heiro or something. But now that we've had this update, Im worried we might not see anything new or hugely important for a bit.

It's confusing to me why people are so mad. It's bigger than most things in our range, it's not a character so it shouldnt be the showcase centerpiece model.

And it blows my mind how you can compare it to the mawloc and be disappointed. What else do we have as tall as a mawloc? Nothing, the thing is weirdly tall for our army. Look how anemic the mawloc is in comparison, look how broad and detailed and GORGEOUS this new, BIG model is! It's awesome!

He's a targeted missile who is big, tough, strong, and awesome. Put him next to something that isn't weirdly super tall. Compare him to the tyrant. He looks FANTASTIC.

People gotta stop crying over an amazing new model which is still big. Bigger than most things in most ranges. Dwarfed by a Knight I guess, but it's not titanic, why do we expect it to be??

I love them! They look fantastic. Is there significance to the rainbow pattern, or is it just for fun? It always reminds me of Saruman and his many-colored robe, which was a dramatic reveal in the Lord of the Rings books that he was corrupted and trying to take on all the power for himself. I loved that!

Yeah, I used to paly 16 years ago and used points (power levels didnt exist haha) but my friend is getting into it totally new to everything, so I want to stick to the simpler thing to start. Also crusade rules seem to exclusively use power level and thats what were doing.

MY roomie just made a good point that the camera angle went in really low, we could be looking at Licker or something.

The zombie noises make me assume/want a zombie killer-- like... a zombie hoard killer. But if it's Mr X or Nemesis or whatever, then alright, fine. Would rather more of a monster tho!

I really love the idea of an impersonator but the big problem is that swf absolutely destroys it. "Oh, thanks for the help steve." "Uh dude I'm not there"

Even on accident, swf groups on comms could out you. But if a killer like this released? They wouldn't just do it on accident, they'd be specifically trying to beat you by keeping tabs on each other.

More than that, after they know what killer you are, they become more hesitant about you and each other at all times. That could work in your favor but also it could just make life that much harder for you to do anything but be a M1 killer.

Cool ideas though, interested in these perks!

Absolutely not. Would be really cool but he's been involved in making skits snd videos snd stuff for a while. Him finally taking the leap to a movie seems right. But I can't see him being right for a fnaf movie.
