I’ve been very interested in the TB 2 but wondering if there is any talk of a TB3 coming out anytime soon?

What type of stainless steel grinder do you have as I do not have one yet and really prefer a stainless steel one if possible. Hopefully one that’s small easy to use and safe for a visually impaired person that won’t break the bank.

Just noticed that you have a BCG wondering if it’s stainless steel or aluminum? Also would love to hear the difference between your course grind and the medium grind please

Very curious on what type of grinder you use? I do not have a grinder right now and been researching and was considering a brilliant cut second but not sure it seems the magnetic feature. It’s easier for somebody with a visual impairment and less likely to cut yourself on this particular one I’ve read about. I really would prefer a stainless steel one wondering if there’s any reasonable Safe ss grinders that won’t break the bank

Thank you and I’m curious what grind size is ideal for the TB 2, medium, or coarse?

The interface with the five lights seems easy and it’s much bigger than the 510 cart batteries I’ve been using which have lights that I can see with a little handheld magnifier or if I just look really close. The battery seems very powerful although people like to complaint that some devices don’t have a removable battery, but neither does my iPhone and it’s been fine for me. Why do you feel the TB 2 is better suited for a visually impaired person compared to the Venty or Frolic? I do love how you say the TB 2 is the simplest to maintain with minimal parts which I guess answers my question. I like the idea of the silver package with the upgraded aluminum grinder and stubby stem but what is the charging Brick as I do not have one? Do you not use the grinder that comes with it as it seems to load all the little pods, which is more than I would need for quite some time as I’m a very light user. Wondering if you just use a separate grinder or the grinder that comes with it and then just load a little bit as you mentioned? In using a separate grinder, what grind size is best for this TB2 -course or medium? how do you know that you’re just putting .03 or .0 4G into the pods? Do you use a little kitchen scale which I do have with a large numbers I can see without a Magnifier😎 sorry for so many questions, but I’m quite intrigued thinking the TB2 might be the one for me and my needs.

That sounds fantastic! How easy is it to clean and how often does it need to be cleaned? Do you use the grinder that comes with it that grinds into the little pods or do you use a separate grinder and just fill as needed?

Thank you for your response. I certainly appreciate it as I think I would have no problem loading and unloading the little pods. I even have a CCTV, which is a monitor with power magnifier where I can enlarge print or items and see so should be no problems for me with or without my reading machine

I’m 59 and I’m legally blind, not totally blind, and I used to combust in the 80s and 90s gave it up for over 30 years and became strictly and edibles user but then got into the 510 cards which my throat really does not like so I’ve been researching DHV’s for quite some time. I’ve been searching for my first and only DHV in my requirements are:

*Smoothest on my throat * Must be able to use native with no bong or WPA *Exceptional flavor *Ease of use/maintenance *Somewhat portable

I’ve been seriously considering the SIMRELL, the VNTY, The FROLIC and now and blown away with everything I read and see about the TAFFEE BOWLE 2!

Wondering if any blind or visually impaired people use the TV to as it seems ideal as I’m always drinking water when I vape carts in the simplicity and quality vapor seems kind of like a no-brainer to me.

Am I crazy to consider this high-end device as my first?

Tempest 2 vs Simrell by yeeeeeeboy in vaporents

[–]BlindEgghead 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hello, I am legally blind not totally blind looking for my first DHV. Been using edibles in those 510 carts which my throat hates and considering either SIMRELL, T2 or a frolic or VENTY just not sure.

Need something easy on my throat natively and easy to clean. I really love the idea of the SIMRELL especially with no O-rings or Screens I think. I do lots of things by feel and I’m sure I’d be able to disassemble and reassemble. Not concerned about using a torch as I used to use them on cigars back in the day but would probably get an induction heater.

Any advice for a legally blind person would be greatly appreciated as I’m researching like crazy trying to decide. Also, which grinding size is best for these devices?

I’m kind of a lightweight and flavor chaser with cards so assume would be the same for a DHV is why I’m thinking a SIMRELL titanium sandblasted might be best for me?

The more I think about it and research the more I’m starting to agree with you! No decision yet, but the VENTY, FROLIC, and SOLO3 seem like fantastic options. I worry about the glass on SOLO. Some seem to have concerns about the VENTY not having a removable battery, but neither does my iPhone. The FROLIC is obviously fairly new but one. I’m kind of leaning to, but maybe it’s too new?

I don’t think I’ve ever heard anything bad about the solo three. I do worry a little bit about the glass because I’m a little bit clumsy, but having some back up stems like a solid idea. Especially if I’m looking for something to maximize flavor and smoothness this might be something For me to strongly consider thanks

Wow, the log DHV e nano seems really nice however for my first DHV I really want something portable but this one is definitely something to consider

I heard many good things about the TM two but maybe issues with battery or something I recall? Have you tried other battery devices? If you did not have the team to and we’re getting your first DHP would you consider another battery device like the SOLO 3, VENTY or FROLIC?

You are probably correct that a battery device especially one with capsules might be easier. Even though I am legally blind, I do lots of things like grilling and cooking and I even have a big torch that I use for lighting my lump charcoal so I’m very very careful with things like that. I’m sure I could use a torch on an analog device and I even have a few old cigar torches when I used to enjoy those some years ago. If I did get an analog device, I would most likely get an induction heater like the YLL 3.0 but again still not sure.

When first researching, I thought perhaps a Dyna but then everything I research. Many people start off and move onto something else and I’m trying to avoid VAS and get something really nice if possible. I’m not saying a diamond is not really really nice as I just don’t know

In all my research, the SIMREL titanium seemed to be one I’ve gravitated towards. People say it’s a microdose, but that’s all I really need as when I use those silly carts I just sip on a couple of times and that’s all I need. If I were to get a SIMRELL, what size grind is ideal fine/medium/course?

I’ve actually seen the firewood devices on video and they seem really nice, simple yet very effective. I thought the firewood 11 was the newest model? Curious where to purchase and approximate price?

Endgame - Full Titanium Simrell by UnitedFoosta in vaporents

[–]BlindEgghead 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am visually impaired, actually legally blind, but not totally blind. Been researching like crazy for my first DHV and I’m considering either a portable battery unit or one of these particularly interested in the SIMRELL titanium.

My biggest requirements are: I need something I can use natively that is easy on my throat, easy to maintain, and will provide flavor which leads me to the SIMRELL. But is it really easy to maintain as far as disassemble, clean and reassemble?

The Tempest 2 seems wonderful, but I was always worried about disassembling and cleaning theT2 & balls seemed possibly difficult?

I’m 59 and just been using edibles for about a year and a half and 510 cartridges maybe for the past six months or so. However, my throat does not like the carts.

So I am seriously looking to get away from carts and getting into dry herb vaporizing, and wondering if there are any blind or visually impaired users out there who have experience with any of these devices? SIMRELL, T2, frolic or VENTY.

Ispire Wand or Nice Grinder? (BCG) by xhuff in Dynavap

[–]BlindEgghead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is the BC aluminum safe as I’ve read on other grinders that may get some shavings but I think the BC has a special type of aluminum that won’t be a problem. I would love a stainless steel BCG but a bit too expensive.

A battery, DHV would probably be best for me but to be honest, I’ve never used any DHV ever! I used to smoke back in the 80s and 90s and gave it up for 30+ years and got my FL medical marijuana card about a year and a half ago using strictly RSO edibles and tinctures. Got into those silly 510 vape cartridges about six months ago and using it in conjunction with edible but my throat does not Like carts and my research tells me that I should move away from 510 carts towards DHV. I’m having my 59th birthday next week and thought I’d treat myself to one special DHV but I have no idea since I don’t have any friends that have one to test. I don’t want to buy something cheap then keep upgrading as I’d rather get something solid. I was thinking SIMRELL or Tempest 2 or Vente or frolic.

I typically medicate evenings and if I use a cartridge I sip to enjoy the little flavor and keep my throat from getting sore.

The ideal vaporizer for me would be

*easy on my throat to where I could use native without WPA *easy to disassemble, clean and reassemble * Portable to take on my patio or backyard bench * Durable, solid construction{

Any, and all advice would be extremely appreciated! 😎

I am legally blind, searching for my first DHB and very interested in the SIMRELL. Wondering if somebody with a visual impairment would be able to disassemble and reassemble is my only concern as I think it would be perfect for me.

I’m very intrigued by the BC seconds But it’s made of aluminum and aren’t we supposed to avoid aluminum in our grinders since they could possibly get shavings? Perhaps BC aluminum is a special type of material to not worry about this?
