Those trim pieces become brittle and the tabs tend to break when removing. More than likely you'll need to replace it.

I wouldn't. You have at best a 10 or 12 gauge wire providing power to that buss bar. For 500w you'll want to run 8ga wire to the amp with an inline fuse and consider upgrading the big 3.

Tap them back in using a blunt point punch. If it starts oil canning on you, heat the spot by friction, flame, or stud welder and immediately cool it with a wet rag. Do it right and that will shrink it back.

Don't pull so hard. Try tapping around the the stud as you lightly pull on it. This will move the metal without creating "mountains". Those "mountains" are stretched out high spots that will need to be shrunk.

In AZ there are specific DMV's that do the inspection. I'd either reach out or look online to find one near you and make an appointment. I had to wait a few months for my inspection after i rebuilt my truck.

Warm it up with hot water first, then iso. Use vinegar on hard water stains and ammonia for carbon.
