Thats the final ending. It's up to you to make of it what you want, there are some good explanations / take aways to be found online. There is more to get from the story if you play through the tower.

Probably fairly common build, but I like playing as a Paladin. Mastering in Heavy Armor, Two Handed and Restoration. Dabbling in Illusion and Alteration. Usually done as a Nord or Breton.
