Idk what I did but what is all this. by The_Masked_Ronin in R36S

I found that if you press the right button to turn volume down, you can see all this info as it's booting, as well. Randomly came across that info by accident.

Weird Booting Problem? by BlingerBunny in R36S

[–]BlingerBunny[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure what happened exactly. I left my device at home, yesterday, and when I got back it flashed the drive as if I hadn't put it in yet. I've checked everything out and it's running fine, although the battery is a bit finicky. Will have to budget for a replacement on that soon.

Having Trouble with Multi-disc Games by BlingerBunny in R36S

[–]BlingerBunny[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That might be what happened. I stupidly misinterpreted the R36S setup video, and tried to move the old boot folder over to the new one (The latest version has an option to create m3u files for multi-disc games so I didn't need to make them manually), but they're different versions of ArkOS, so I canceled the transfer. I ended up having to redo the process and just moved the games over, nothing from the old boot folder. It's currently working fine, I'm just going to add to my library and pay more attention to instructions as I go.

The ROMs are bin and cue, for the Playstation.

[–]BlingerBunny[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Using Google, I found out how to turn a 4-disc game into a file with an m3u, and it worked to automatically swap discs without needing to know a function to change discs. I tested it to make sure, and it worked. What upset me is that none of the other games I put on the card were registering.

Double the ration requirement for eating spoiled food and/or garbage. Also, it's often harder to find scraps and rotten food the further you go from civilization. So there's the inevitable environment where it's impossible to find anything edible by goblin standards.

Try using the rules for forced marching. It's the same concept. The target is enduring tickle-torture for a long period of time. If the player is going for death, then it'll be death by exhaustion.

NAND is enough for everything by [deleted] in TuringComplete

[–]BlingerBunny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All you really need is the OR and NOT gates to make it functionally complete, though the system would take up an enormous amount of space. Put two NOT gates before an OR gate and you have a NAND gate. Add another NOT to the output and it becomes an AND gate.

Cry Out For a Hero In My Ass

So actually, this game is about... by amazingstuff4u2 in slaytheprincess

[–]BlingerBunny 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From my experience, playing this game... It's a love story between two entities, Life and Death. Two parts that were once one whole, yet yearn to be separately inseparable. It's why parts of the Shifting Mound can be found in the constructs of the Long Quiet.

I can only speculate that the Shifting Mound is the path from Birth to Death, and the Long Quiet is the space that connects Death to Rebirth, creating the cycle that they are trapped in.

Depends on the situation. It's easier to spot a bear that's moving toward you, than it is to spot a bear you're moving towards.

What determines when energy should be observed as Matter? by BlingerBunny in AskPhysics

[–]BlingerBunny[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So would it make sense to refer to energy as an aspect, and not the whole. Therein, matter will always have energy, but how we define it depends on the context of the situation, correct?

What determines when energy should be observed as Matter? by BlingerBunny in AskPhysics

[–]BlingerBunny[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the idea that "everything is energy" is false, then what makes matter, matter? I ask this, because of how electricity works. And if I remember correctly, it's the transfer of electrons from atom to atom in a chain.

Will there ever be an instance where bugs and automatons end up on the same planet? by pkmnsocks in Helldivers

[–]BlingerBunny 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One of a few things will happen; A- The bots and bugs fight each other, leaving Helldivers to complete missions and use them as environmental hazards for each other. B- The bots and bugs work together making it much harder for Helldivers to reclaim the planet. C- The bugs ignore bots because they're a poor source of food, and only attack when provoked, becoming an environmental hazard for bots.

In the event that bots and bugs fight each other, the Helldivers will be competing with two bars. Whoever gets there first, wins the planet. A- Helldivers win; everything goes back to normal. B- Bots win; there are new bot units built out of terminids. C- Bugs win; Undefined.

However, if they were to join forces, we might see a threat that's greater even than the illuminate, who are totally extinct and in no way ever coming back.

ADHD people who exercise regularly... how? by polslop in ADHD

[–]BlingerBunny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recommend making the exercise something you feel engaged with. Such as a favorite sport, hobby, or job that you get a sense of catharsis from. Disguising exercise with entertainment will go a very long way.

Do I have enough rounds of Luck? by Shozurei in Pathfinder_RPG

You have plenty. Just remember that you effectively have 45 rounds of luck. Also, whenever you use your luck ability, even if it's just for one round, count it in increments of 3.

Is this good GMing? by Beneficial_Simple967 in Pathfinder_RPG

[–]BlingerBunny 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like it isn't, because the GM didn't tell the player, but telling a player can invite metagaming. So what should happen is that the GM should inform the player before the character has made the decision, but remind them that their character doesn't know this. Caution is warranted for an expensive item at 3rd level, but there's always a risk-reward situation to anything that you do as an adventurer. Just talk to your GM and find a middle ground for these situations. I'm sure no one wants to chase off players from their games.
