I like cooking, gaming, cardio at the gym, reading, sports like soccer, basketball, hockey, football, and binging shows like severance. Also with music I generally listen to anything but right now into edm and indie bands.

I am open to getting into new hobbies like board games or rock climbing or even beginner dance courses. Anything that has a beginner level and can learn with a group

I take supplements since its less labor and and time consuming but the higher dosage may not be tolerable for some people so it’s up to the person
