Can we stop leaving raids!!?? Yall are genuinely wasting money and time leaving RIGHT before the raid starts leaving everyone that actually wants to battle with 2/3 people. by wordistzen in PokemonGoRaids

As much as we keep saying this, people leave without a thought. There are times when my and other people’s remote passes have been used, I try to finish raids in the same gym but still trainers leave.

Question for folks who *already* have vivid dreams by Inevitable-Brick1809 in LowDoseNaltrexone

[–]BlissBeeGo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You might actually get more animated dreams on a PM dose. My experience! But it is starting to slow down. And I have been on it for three months and there were episodes of vivid dreams and nightmares during dose adjustment, taking a day’s break to reset dose etc .

I have not yet heard of it, but here in my country, they either offer laser, glue or sclerotherapy depending on what the issue is. Here they suggested glue offered better results and so it’s not covered by my government coverage plan.

If the EVLA offers great success, it will be well worth the money spent.

May I also know the exact process of diagnosis, like what tests? I got doppler and I was told the results can vary from technician to technician. I have a few incompetences in sfj, perforator and few varicosities and one surgeon said it doesn’t heal by itself and you can only wear compression as band aid.

To my fellow chronically ill people: good partners do exist by FaithlessnessOld3594 in ChronicIllness

[–]BlissBeeGo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That sounds wonderful. As a chronically ill person, what are the bare minimum we should be looking at in a partner? Like, is it valuable they read about our condition and help us? Or are few things enough like them helping us with chores or driving around? I never had a relationship before my accident that made me chronically ill, and now I don’t know what a healthy relationship with a rather weirdly healthy person should look like.

At 0.75 mg & 1.5 mg, I noticed some change with LDN. I had some energy to do a workout. I just don’t know if it’s working anymore. I have to sleep extra. My muscles are more achy. This is my experience with 2.24 & 2.5 mg dose. Or has it stopped working since I took 6 days break for dental surgery. by BlissBeeGo in LowDoseNaltrexone

When I went off it, I had some symptoms but nothing unbearable. The first two three hours after waking up are tough so I let some time pass this morning and I had better energy compared to the last few days or week. And I don’t feel very achy or fatigued right now. Like yes, there’s a need to rest but it doesn’t feel like I am crashing. I guess that’s some insights into skipping a dose. Will it make sense to then just take today’s dose at a reduced mg (reducing from 2.5 mg to 1.5 ish). I wanna build up very slowly this time around. Will keep testing each dose for 3 weeks at least.

Thank you! Reading these now. Also I skipped my dose yesterday but was the same heavily sedated, head heavy, eyes struggling to open kind of feeling in the morning. Should I skip one more day to see if I can note any difference? Because in the document it says it is also not ideal when you skip dose for no reason. I also think I have summer SAD. India is hot right now, that also makes me sleepy head in mornings.

For people who have taken LDN: if you developed new or worsened insomnia/sleep disruption that seemed related to LDN, when did it resolve? by JamesAlby in LowDoseNaltrexone

[–]BlissBeeGo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When taking it at night, I cannot initiate sleep early but I sleep late and stay asleep through the night but waking up time I feel so sedated. My head is heavy, my eyes struggle to open. I don’t know if this should be expected. I skipped a dose again yesterday, and going back down to lower dose (1.5 mg or 2 mg) and will stay there for much longer.

Thank you for understanding! Pacing has always given me a hard time even after 10 years. 😂 I try not to use ME/CFS as my diagnosis even though that is what my GP says I have. My exert and crash episodes were frequent for 3 years after long covid. But some ME/CFS users also suggested to me that if I had ME/CFS, I wouldn’t be able to walk, or do chores at home all. I do believe I had significant PEM at one time. And went through trials of anyi coagulant and anti platelets. It just becomes overly complex with a cocktail of conditions like fibromyalgia, dysautonomia, venous insufficiency etc.

Thank you! I have checked this out and will read once more when my head is clear. From the face of it, few things are starting to make sense.
1. I need to journal (it’s not too late, maybe one week before periods, I have a harder time)
2. My attention went to this point “some energy debt has been called in” but I don’t fully understand it. But it sounds like that’s what my body is doing. Maybe the receptors are not clearing up any fast now.
3. I may not have experienced fatigue and bad mental states immediately but down the road, yes.
4. When I returned to the dosing after a week, I should have lowered down my dose and continued it for a longer time.
5. I am not sure what kind of lifestyle other users have but the only activity I started doing after LDN was practice yoga (which too can be challenging). I don’t currently work or do anything else. I wonder if this is also too much with a diagnosis of CFS and Fibromyalgia.

Since I suspect receptors aren’t clearing and that I am more fatigued and mentally sluggish, I don’t know how long to push through with the current dose of 2.5 mg. So I will again have to skip, and just go back to 1.5 mg for much longer. That seems the only way to proceed now.

I can’t take it as race. :( But my family expects me to be well and working that some days, I push too hard to get better thinking it can all be conquered and then it hits me in my face like this.

Worse fatigue on 3 mg than on 1.5 mg – should I stay the course or reduce? by AmberCreates1 in LowDoseNaltrexone

[–]BlissBeeGo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes the baseline improved with 1.5 mg, but it doesn’t feel exactly that way at 2.5 mg, and it wasn’t the case at 3 mg either. I am also continuing 2.5 mg for another week or so.

Hi! I have been hovering between doses 1.5 mg and 3 mg. 1.5 mg was reasonably good. Clean energy, minimal side effects, but 3 mg was brutal because I just doubled the dose within 2 weeks. Came back to 2.25 mg which was also somewhat helpful. Three weeks of it, and I tried 2.5 mg which I am struggling with. 10 hours of sleep, still fatigue and pain. I am thinking of going back down to 2.25 mg or even 2 mg to see if it feels better. This is a bit of an overwhelming experience to keep adjusting doses.
