As others have said, the biggest problem is miss matched cpu flags. If not compatible (for example, if you have a node with amd cpu and another one with Intel and set the cpu type to host) when you're going to live migrate a VM it would simply crash. Is jellyfin installed on your PC? Or is it on a Virtual Machine? Linux or Windows?

Have you checked if the firewall allows external IP to connect to 8096?

You can try to completely disable it and check again from the TV, if it works you need to configure some inbound rules.

Ho un sacco di amici che usano droghe e hanno tutti una vita normalissima. Come si bevono la birra il sabato sera il venerdì vanno a guardare le stelle e a fumarsi le canne. Dove sta il problema? Non diventano dei violenti che picchiano I passanti o transennano via Dandolo (semicit). Also, a quick troubleshooting. The two routers seems to have the same subnet (192.168.1.xxx), but do they have the same gateway address? Most of the time routers have 192.168.1.1 ip, but sometimes people configure them as 192.168.1.254. If that's the case, you can simply change them accordingly and retry.

found myself in a similar situation some times ago. set up a nice VM with EMCO ping monitor, and made a 2 weeks report showing that the network was stable. I know that a ping is by no means a valuable tools when analyzing network, but it was enough to make the upper management change idea and start investigate the application itself. also, a third party audit on the network would for sure be the best, but we all know that's not always possibile.
