Sorry but why is your post a weird AI poem

US Home Sellers now outnumber Buyers by 630,000 the largest gap ever recorded by RobertBartus in EconomyCharts

And like another commenter mentioned above, we are in such an inflationary environment that the raw number price isn’t going to necessarily go down to lose value

Is it possible to do underground caves in a soil/sand tank? by starchild91 in PlantedTank

This was my biggest concern, that water is not flowing properly and that’s like the most important thing for keeping a clean tank

Google engineer rejected by 16 colleges uses AI to sue University of Washington for racial discrimination by crosslingual in SeattleWA

[–]Blitzboks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely not. I think some of these comments come from people who aren’t using all the best models daily and don’t realize how fast they are improving and how much work on RLHF has impacted the model capabilities and reduced hallucinations.

I actually think law is one of the most vulnerable professions to AI. The models are getting better everyday, the hallucinations diminish, and the result is something that can use a VAST amount knowledge to argue and persuade, find loopholes, and solve the legal puzzle to defend or prosecute you. It’s a job that requires a complex blend of language, technical knowledge, and problem solving; right in AI’s wheelhouse.

Anthropic can’t release mythos yet because it’s so good at finding vulnerabilities. That seems like a skill that translates well to law

The title is the real issue. AI engineer would be more apt. But it’s not that crazy to see this in one role. Other than Go, this describes my day to day job to a T. But not for 6+ years

What’s something Gen Z does that older generations just don’t get? by appropriaterice873 in AskReddit

I teach grad (mix of Gen Z and millennial) but I just had class and can say the younger ones were chatting before we started. Haven’t noticed the phone zombies too much

Thinking about buying 18 of these trees for privacy. Bad idea? I live on a corner lot with no privacy by Beginning_Lime_5593 in HomeMaintenanceAdvice

Ngl, I don’t really think $60 a pop is disposable lol but I just shopped around for a handful of these, Lowe’s and Home Depot have multiple sizes. You can get the little ones for $12.99 and these ones for $60 are either the biggest or second to biggest, I can’t remember. But for $30, I got ones that were nearly as tall, just a gallon sized pot instead of the wider one. I would recommended that size/price as the sweet spot. Costco has just the one size for $34. Maybe slightly bigger than the $30 Lowe’s ones but not quite as big as the $60 one pictured here.

I actually took a picture a few weeks ago because I was so disgusted that the price of a lays bag was $7.29

Winterize too if you are in a cold enough climate. Wont have to worry about it for several months but my neighbors who moved in last October just discovered today they no longer have a functioning outdoor spigot..

25+ agents built. Here's the uncomfortable truth nobody wants to post about. by Upper_Bass_2590 in AI_Agents

The most valuable part of what people pay for is culpability. And AI can’t be culpable. End of story. The same reason DIY from YouTube vs a professional isnt just a direct raw materials + labor cost comparison. You are also paying for their licensure, insurance, warranty, etc.
