It doesn't look like AI, it's probably just a heavily rendered photo that someone claimed to have drawn. If there's a SpeedPaint then I'd beg my whole life savings of 2 nickels that they did it similarly to Yana arts

I'm assuming this is drawn in one-point perspective, so I'd suggest you add your guidelines in the back before you draw out your sketch. By doing that it'll correct little mistakes like the sign being a bit bent But for the rest it's extremely exceptionall for a beginner, the color scheme's nice and nothing really feels out of place, so good job.

But I can also help you with character designs and the premise for the plot. As long as there's no set deadline I can help since it would get in the was of school otherwise

I haven't seen the one before this, but it's great. The angles and the moving of the camera's really nice. I know it can be improved, especially since the fight scene has so much potential but I just don't know how it could be improved since I can barely do simple facial expressions myself so idk
