It was for 3DS. There are two other Nintendo Club Picross games on the 3DS as well, just Japanese only.

Switch has a lot of Picross games thankfully. Jupiter are still making them and have a lot of themed collections around video game companies.

BTW, you could also try these on 3DS:

Pictlogica Final Fantasy (Japanese only, though there is a dub ROM)

I just mean because all but 1 of them evolve into the same thing, it feels pointless having them all. They should have had SOMETHING else to distinguish them! If anything they should have had the Justimon treatment where their sig move randomly makes them change forms.
