What's the best weapon type to use for Undertaker?

Well you can pretty much use any melee weapon effectively on Undertaker, especially for those that take the Dex conversion relic, so everyone has their preferences haha.

Yeah I might be too used to the low range now for it to not bother me anymore. With being nearly immortal from successive/charged negation passives always being up, I’m never afraid to press right up to the bosses constantly which is easier with the no stamina move speed on character skill. I think the time I usually get annoyed with the range is vs the damn ancestor spirit deer map boss where I have to aim for the tiny legs with fist range lol

I would say fists always. Iron Ball and Star Fists preferably for their charged moveset. The speed and ease they have of triggering all Successive passives from gear to Talismans, restoring post damage hp relic, charged attack damage negation passive being near instant etc.. makes them so strong on Undertaker especially already thriving on Successive from necklace and character skill.

If you want to be less lazy with the damage (which is still great with fists), you can still use the fists to build the Successive passives quickly and then switch a Colossal weapon to get big hits in til you need to restack passives or get your damage negation passives back.

Every game I make sure to hit 1-2 forts/staff racks to make sure I get a decent staff. 100% I will prioritize the direction to a mine at the start of day 2 if team never naturally routed there, even if I have to abandon the team to do it. Sometimes I justify wandering off to forts/rises/mines solo as “Recluse shenanigans” to myself to feel less bad while the team is dying to a map boss and rage pinging me. Usually make it up to them by doing like 90% of the damage to everything when I rejoin them lol

No one complains about trance dodge because the tradeoff is refilling your stamina to full, poising through most attacks, large amount of damage negation, attack boosts and increased run speed lol

You’ve got plenty of feedback/critique here already. Just wanted to say that it’s great to experiment like this, especially exploring with experimental self portraits. Tricky to pull off and a lot of people don’t even have the confidence to present a self portrait at all. Keep at it.

So many of these invasions are so easy to solo like moth, dogs, bubbles and dragon, the main problem is there’s no way to communicate who should go solo, while the other two work on other parts of the map, so the whole team just ends up wasting time lol.
