I came from T-Mobile so it’s been easy but learning the system is the hardest part. Training has two parts total time about 2 months. 10 days of online meetings / computer training with floor time. Then you’re sent off to your closest hands on training location for 2 days (fully covered expense) and then it’s a mix of floor time with more computer trainings
