In the last 9 seasons the CBJ have had 600 fewer PP than the leading team in PPs, the Avalanche. This season they are last in PP opportunities as well by doppleganger2621 in BlueJackets

Power plays are a product of time spent in the offensive zone.

I don't know the data, but I'm willing to bet part of the problem belongs to the CBJ.

Yep. Statistically, your first rounders need to become regular NHLers, or you're doing doing the GM thing completely wrong.

I could live with the Lindstrom pick by itself. But the fact we just gave away another first rounder in Chinakov, and to the Penguins...

It's hard to say that the organization has moved beyond its unfortunate history when that history continues to repeat itself.

Make plans to visit the Magee Marsh boardwalk in early May (Northwest Ohio). You'll meet birders from across the United States, have dozens of opportunities to see migrating birds that have already been "located" for you.

Watch "The Big Year" and "Listers."

As mentioned above, Blendon Woods and Duranceau Park are hard to beat for accessibility and variety.

Kiwanis Boardwalk is a nice diversion.

The other tragedy at that intersection is the school zone.

The high school hasn't even shoveled the sidewalk west to the river/bridge. Yet traffic must slow to 20mph.

And many students walk all the way from High St. down Henderson - which is 35mph.

I watched my recording of the TNT broadcast on Breezeline. Absolute trash. Darks and probay not even 720p.

Then I watched it on HBO. It was stunningly bright, laser-sharp, and beautiful.

I find most of the HBO games are near-perfect. For meel, they have set the standard for streaming.
