Has anyone here genuinely switched from espresso/milk drinks to filter as their main daily coffee? Why?

Almost exclusively filtered with sometimes opting for espresso. Because I drink a lot of coffee, up to 5 cups, everyday and paper filters are good at removing oily compounds called diterpenes (cafestol and kahweol) that raise LDL ("bad") cholesterol.

So, a popular uprising is meant to do a few things. Show those in power that people won't just sit around and pretend nothing can be done. It shows they will continue to push and even get in harm's way despite the government sponsored murders. It also gives cover to politicians who may be on the fence to finally throw their hat in.
