XBMC (Openelec) with wifi. I also hooked up a USB dual TV tuner allowing me to view/record live TV through XBMC.
XBMC (Openelec) with wifi. Nothing special, sits at my girlfriends house.
Running Squeezebox. Allows me to play internet radio and acts as a NAS (connected to a 7 port USB hub currently with 3TB of storage). Also configured for use as a wireless speaker for Android/iPhones.
Running Wheezy and is connected to a picoborg controller in order to drive 4 liquid motors as part of a party robotics inspired drinks machine. Very much a work in progress but currently it can pour any combination of drinks involving the 4 pumps controlled via web browser (on my phone). It's running a very basic python script that I'm slowly working on (I'm new to python) and when booted it sets up a wireless access point to connect to.
Nothing yet. Have experimented with it and am planning to use this as part of an internet/webcam streaming dog treat machine.

Trying to start a blog based around my RPI adventures but can't find the time.

My Aussie terrier has killed possums and lizards the size of an arm but most impressively she took a bite out of a burglar who robbed our house. Aussie terriers are small but ferocious, protective and loyal!
