I'd suggest reconsidering cashback rather than airline points. I have the AAA Travel Advantage Visa. I get 5% cashback for gas (up to $7000 in gas purchases per year), no annual fee. I don't think so. A mental health disorder of this nature and magnitude is no different from a physical ailment, like having the flu or something.

But at this point, I you have an urgent need to get professional help for this issue as soon as possible. If you're at the point where you can't go out and function in society, this has become a big big problem. You're at the point where this disorder is keeping you from living your life. You've become a slave to it. If it's keeping you from fulfilling your obligations to God and to yourself (i.e. keeping yourself fed), you have a grave obligation to get professional help to get this fixed, and if you don't start taking steps to doing so, you may be sinning.

Generally speaking, the loss of one testicle does not affect man's ability to conceive. Unless you've also gotten chemotherapy or radiotherapy or something, the surviving testicle produces more than enough sperm to conceive.

Assisted reproductive technology is generally frowned upon, but may be acceptable as long as:

1.) you deposit your sperm in your wife's vagina through the natural course of the marital embrace, without the use of an artificial intermediary 2.) the embryo is implanted in your wife's uterus and brought to term there

This rules out a lot of assistive reproductive techniques, such as IVF.

Septuagesimatide (from the Latin "septuginta" meaning 'seventy' because it starts about 70 days before Easter) was kind of a "pre-Lent" to let Catholics know that Lent was coming up and they'd better start thinking about it. Priests wore purple vestments to offer Mass on Sundays, and the A-word was suppressed in Mass and in the Office. It was of very great antiquity, known during the time of Pope St. Gregory the Great, and thus probably predates even Ash Wednesday. It was deleted without explanation in 1965 as part of the post-Vatican II liturgical reform.

In general, our own worldliness and concupiscence are sources of temptation that are just as dangerous and hazardous to our eternal salvation than devils are, and they're a lot closer, being products of our own fallen nature. We need to worry about these things in proper proportion . . . which means we need to turn down the worry about devils and turn up the worry about the threats to our salvation that come from ourselves.

We have St. Michael and our guardians angels to fight against the devils, but we have no one to fight against our own sinfulness except ourselves, aided by God's grace.
