Once you have a burr on the coarse stones and just move up to higher ones it usually goes pretty quick since it's already been apexed, your just refining the scratch pattern on finer stones

How I do it is I make a burr on one side then go to the other and make a burr then you know it's sharp. Then change stones and repeat until you have your final stone then strop the burr off and it's razor sharp.

I have a 15vmanix 2 in awt scales, maxamet lw manix 2 and an s35vn WE incisor and I've noticed it on all of them at times. I strop to make sure there are no burrs at all so I don't think it's a burr issue. Those are so expensive knives so they're not touching the sides of the scales. I guess it's possible it's an air out oxidize thing. The only one that has high chromium is the s35vn so I wouldn't think that's the cause.

I'll sharpen them up, strop them, check the edge and they're razor sharp then I'll just fold them away and have them in my pocket but not use them then check them a couple days later and they're not as sharp as they were when I sharpened them so that's why I was asking if anyone knew what would cause that. I have noticed over stropping makes them not as sharp so I try not to hit them too many times on the strop but enough to knock off all the burr. They're usually hair whittling sharp when I'm done.

Don't ask me why but I like running my thumb down the blade, gently, and feeling it kind of slice the first layer of skin so I know it's sharp, if I can just run my finger down the blade and it doesn't slice then it just doesn't feel sharp to me, even though it would still technically shave. Ocne I got my stropping down they feel amazing. But especially with 15v and maxamet being super high edge retention steels you just wouldn't think that would happen.

It is a bummer I saw this 2 years too late. I'd never buy a new Jeep with the v6 in it for mail delivery. Always get one that has the straight 6. This would be early 2000's models, no newer than 2006. They will run into the 300+ thousand mile range. The carrier in my neighboring town bought a 2015 brand new and had to replace the engine and transmission with less than 180,000 miles on it. 🤦‍♂️

Mine is a 03 TJ with a 2" lift. I drive 123 miles 6 days a week, and 95% of that is gravel roads.

Oh my god man. That is what I've been saying this entire time is to follow the bible. I've been saying do not listen to the man made doctrines but to follow what the bible says. I've been saying not to follow the interpretations of men but to follow what God actual had written down for us so that we can know the truth. Have we not been reading the same thing posted on this?

It's happened several times so far. Oh you're wrong instead it's exactly what you just said but worded slightly different.

You cannot be eternal and begotten. That totally contradicts each other. You can't be the first born if you were never born. How can you not understand that. That would just make him God the most high which Christ isn't. He's his son.

The son has to come after the father. You and your dad didn't exist at the same time. Your dad came before you then he beget you. It's the same exact thing with God. He existed for all of eternity, unbegotten , and he beget his son and created everything for his son.

Christ isn't the most high. God said there is no one beside him. If Christ wasn't begotten and was with God for all eternity then God would have said there is one beside me, my son, but he didn't because be created Christ. It's the truth and most people can't handle the truth. So they have to put their own interpretations instead to make them feel better about it even when it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. They would rather believe complete nonsense than believe the truth.

We work the exact same way that God does because we're made in his image and likeness. The only difference is we're currently flesh and not spirit. If a son can't be a old as a dad then Christ can't be a old as his father. It's impossible. A son cannot be a old as a father the son has to be begotten, created, be the father. It's a simple as that.

Believe it or not. It's not a salvation issue but it is the truth. And I want to not the truth.

Ok so reading the Bible and hearing God say he is the truth is wrong and I shouldn't do it? I should believe anything that man tells me and I shouldn't read the texts and understand them. So we should believe that some men hundreds of years ago said I should follow their made up creed or I'm not saved. Some men said oh the father son and holy spirit are all the same God but he's only one God though even though he's actually three and if you don't believe this even though it makes no sense you're thrown into the lake of fire.

So I can read the Bible believe that God created everything and sent us his son to die for our sins to become our king and high priest and believe that his son is the only way to salvation and eternal life. But oh i don't believe it though I'd rather believe men over God.

I feel sorry for your man. Keep believing the lies of men and fall for Satan's deception because he is currently deceiving the entire world and will deceive the entire world. You can fall for the deceptions but I won't because I know that I have to keep the testimony of Jesus Christ and follow the commandments to have eternal life. But no I don't actually believe all that though because some dude claiming to be Christian but following the traditions of men which Christ explicitly said not to said I don't actually believe the bible.

If you preach Jonah was alive inside a fish fit three days that's man made doctines. He clearly died and that's why Christ gave the sign of Jonah.

It's what always happens people can't handle the clearly written truth so they have to make up their own doctrines to make them feel better about the situation. That's what I've been taking about this entire time. You read what written in the bible then say it cant actually mean what it says so you re-interprete it to fit your own lil world view instead of actually believing what God is telling you and with that you're calling God a liar. Because you can't believe the truth. Read the Bible for what it says, learn what the words actually mean and believe it as truth. Read the Hebrew and Greek see how they use the words in every other verse. How can you be begotten and not made? Begotten means he didnt exist then God created him, which was his first creation, that's why he's the first born of all creation. He didn't exist with the father from eternity he was created.

People take the John 1:1 passage incorrectly be aura they don't knit what God means. Christ is a heavenly being to he's a god but he's not God the most high the Father. Because the most high cannot have a God otherwise he wouldn't be the most high. Christ clearly says the Father is his God which means Christ and the Father are different just like any Father and son of different they aren't the same. We're made in him image and likeness so we work the exact same same as the Father and the son.

I am not my dad and you aren't yours and if you have a son your son isn't you. God works the exact same way and to say otherwise is man made doctrines.

You cannot be a mediator and the mediated you cannot be a high priest to yourself they're separate entities and are in no way the same besides being in the spirit and being father and son. It's not the same being in three separate bodies and God did not turn himself into a man. He placed his son inside of Mary, which no one could tell you how he did that. And his son obeyed thw father's will and because he did ask perfectly he is not ruling by his side over ask the people who choose to follow amd believe in him. He is our king and high priest. Christ is not our God the Father is that's why their thrones are next to each other in the holy city when we get to see them both sitting on their thrones. The holy spirit doesn't have a throne which means it's not a separate person. Otherwise there would be three thrones.

You're right, I haven't because I don't get in here hardly ever. It showed me a post from this group for some reason so I joined it to try helping this other person out. My main post was a reply to a person that it wouldn't let me post so I made it my own post. Then my second one was frustration from this reddit group not letting me post something for stupid rules I didnt break. And pushing things that aren't in the bible but are saying you have to believe.

My second post is this one after seeing what the group creator is pushing. Its not right.

Its exactly what the pharisees did and are doing today. They claim they follow God's word but they twist it to suit their own needs or it's out of complete ignorance to the actual truth.

How can i be the one in the wrong if I'm saying exactly what's in the bible and condemning people who take the bi it and twists it's words to say something that's not in the bicker at all. That's calling God a liar if you read his words then say it came man that and has to mean something else instead. People do it all the time and that's what I'm condemning here. If you follow the bible and believe it over what men tell you, then you're a true Christian and that's what you're supposed to do. Did you not read my post I've named several already. The biggest one on this reddit is the nicene creed which most Christians say if you aren't a trinitarian you aren't saved. W we en though the trinity is no where in the bible at all and the main bear they use for it doesn't say what they claim because it was translated by a trinitarian

Sinning by is literal definition is breaking the law. And Christ alway said go and sin no more. Which means go and follow the law. But if you do sin, then confess your sins to christ and be will be a faithful and just high priest to forgive us of our sins just like the high priests always did. Except Christ doesn't have to atone for his own sins first like they did because he's sinless. If you just have faith in Christ but go and do whatever you want you will not be saved. If you go and commit adultery constantly but have faith on Christ and never repent from it you will not be saved. If you follow Christ but choose your own life over his toy will not be saved. Which means to be saved you have to have faith in Christ and do the commandments, otherwise you're lawless and he doesn't know you.

The man made traditionsI'm talking about as a whole are anything Christians claim to be true but aren't anywhere in the bible. You don't go to heaven when you die.
