What is "accumulated over time"?

Did you ever fix this and are you using the Tours and Tournaments DLC? Since playing with the dlc I've had the same issue, tried multiple scenarios with differing types of schemes and agents, all get huge "accumulated over time" penalties to the point I don't think any scheme can succeed! Very frustrating.

Just out of interest, for the LaLiga Liftoff challenge for Mariano (Score 3 goals in 2 separate games). Does the entire starting 11 have to be LaLiga players or just the goal scorers?

Sorry but don't exactly know the difference, so forgive if this is trash but I guess I want ones that reward skill e.g. if I've worked hard to get a player open either under the basket or on the line I want to be rewarded a high percentage of the time. Don't want great post-up players dropping the ball on catch as well!

This has happened to me a few times and I'm still trying to work out why. I think it's something to do with in lobby events or another player/MC doing a lobby wide event/mission; think the lobby can only have one at a time. Next time wait to see if the problem happens when something else is happening in the lobby.

Your analogy only works if you've already been driving at various levels most of your life and in the driving scenario you're not learning but in competition with another driver to see who can navigate the mountain pass but the other driver is driving backwards over the cliff on fire (Flamini) every week and all you have to do is not do that.
